An automated sales dashboard built in Power BI, using a live ODBC connection to the company ERP system. SQL statements were written to extract and shape sales, item, and customer data into a clean, always-current reporting layer.

A centralised marketing dashboard pulling live ad and analytics data from Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and GA4 across all company brands, aggregated through Windsor.ai and built out in Power BI.

SEO Strategy & Website Refresh

A project combining a brand-level SEO strategy with a full website refresh onto a new CMS. Working alongside an external SEO expert, the goal was to identify and dominate organic search for key brand terms, then apply those learnings directly into the build of a refreshed website.

Additional Reflections

Generative AI in the workplace

Actively exploring and implementing AI tools within the marketing team to work more efficiently and reduce external costs — identifying where AI can safely support day-to-day tasks while being mindful of data privacy and output quality. 

Hardware projects

Collaborated with external developers on Raspberry Pi builds and attempted independent Linux bug fixing using AI. Learned not to take others' capabilities at face value, and to recognise the sunk time fallacy — sometimes starting fresh is the most productive decision.

Google Tag Manager

Built and managed tracking implementations through GTM, learning that well-structured data collection justifies business investment. People often don't know what's possible until you show them. 

CRM  Management

Responsible for company CRM maintenance with a strong appreciation for why consistent processes matter. A CRM is only as valuable as the data inside it — and data quality depends entirely on the people and processes around it.

About Me

I am a creature of habit, my typical day will most of the time have the same meals in it, have me going for runs and post work gym sessions and end with me either chilling with my cat or playing online games with my friends. I do get a kick out of going on hikes, having a beer with friends and being able to geek out over a spreadsheet or two in the office. I like to make life simple and I enjoy the quiet life most of the time. I don't shy away with calling myself a nerd, as it makes life easier for everyone around you when they know what they are getting.
